About Will
I am a performance-focused coach with experience working in competitive sports environments and supporting athlete development. My background includes collegiate athletics and providing performance analysis. I've previously worked at Fordham and the University of Maryland for their Men's Basketball teams, and now I am getting my Master's in Sports Psychology with a track to become a CMPC. I take a structured, evidence-informed approach while adapting each session to the individual. I value consistency, self-awareness, and process over quick fixes. My goal is to help athletes and students build confidence, manage pressure, and develop mental skills that translate both in performance settings and everyday life.
