About Dean
I graduated from university in 2024 in computer science and cybersecurity, and now I’m spending an extra year doing a Masters degree in communication engineering, and I’m hoping to get a job with the European Space Agency.
When I’m not completely bogged down studying I like to go to the gym, play video games, do photography and paint.
I’ve been studying computer science for a while - with an A at A level and a 2:1 at degree level, I like to think I know what I’m talking about :)
I understand how frustrating school can be - I went to school too, believe it or not. However, it helped massively that I had a really great teacher who managed to get me to enjoy computer science (something a lot of people think is a very dry subject), and I aim to achieve what he managed with me, for you.

I’m able to provide you with 30 minute to 1 hour long lessons that make sure you understand the content and (more importantly!) find it interesting! I currently cover the examinable elements of GCSE and A level computer science.
I know school lessons can be boring and can feel pointless, so I’ll make sure to spend plenty of time showing you real-life examples of what we cover - I’ve always found that knowing what I’m learning is actually useful in the real world makes it more interesting.
