About William
I'm Will Fraser PGCE, a qualified teacher and British School Meditation certified coach with over 15 years’ experience in London schools as a senior leader, specialist in teacher training, and designer of transformative educational programmes.
My journey into meditation began in 2010, when I was asked to run an after-school mindfulness class. That request sparked a lifelong exploration of consciousness, leading me through practices across India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Nepal. A spontaneous out-of-body experience during meditation that same year transformed my worldview, prompting over a decade of study into altered states, mystical experience, and the nature of consciousness itself. I’ve since taught meditation to hundreds of students and developed a unique methodology that blends personal experience, rigorous research, and pedagogical skill. My work is now focused on helping others explore their own inner universe using a repeatable, rational framework.

My lessons offer a clear, structured approach to meditation and consciousness exploration, grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience. Whether you're seeking stress relief, spiritual development, improving your attention span or access to visionary states, I provide practical tools and repeatable protocols tailored to your goals. I developed the Mind Beyond Matter system after years of practice and experimentation with methods such as mindfulness, holotropic breathwork, transcendental meditation, binaural beats, and sensory deprivation. The result is a rational, jargon-free approach to separating awareness from the physical senses and accessing deeper states of consciousness safely and effectively. Lessons are suitable for complete beginners through to advanced practitioners and focus on building capacity step-by-step. My teaching blends guided practice, theory, integration, and feedback - helping you develop a disciplined and expansive inner life.
