About Isabella
Hi! I’m Isabella, a British Childhood Studies graduate and current PGCE Primary trainee with a genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential.
I have several years of experience working with children across both British and international education settings. While living in Dubai, I worked in an international school environment, supporting primary-aged children and gaining valuable experience working with students from a wide range of cultural and educational backgrounds.
Before moving into education, I also spent 7 years working in the British Transport Police, where I worked closely with children and young people. This developed my communication, safeguarding awareness and ability to build trusting relationships with young people in a variety of circumstances.
My Childhood Studies degree and current PGCE training have given me a strong understanding of child development, learning and individual needs. I’m friendly, patient and approachable, and I believe learning should be enjoyable as well as purposeful.
I tailor my lessons to each child’s individual ability, interests and learning style, with a focus on building both academic skills and confidence. I’d love to help your child become a happy, confident and enthusiastic learner!

My lessons are friendly, engaging and tailored to each child’s individual needs. As a British Childhood Studies graduate and current PGCE Primary trainee, I have experience working with children in school settings and understand that every child learns differently.
I aim to make learning enjoyable and build confidence alongside academic progress. Whether your child needs support with reading, writing, phonics, maths, homework or general primary school skills, I will adapt lessons to their ability, interests and learning style.
I create a relaxed and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing their confidence. My goal is not just to help children improve academically, but to help them become enthusiastic, independent and confident learners!
