About Arran
I have taught two secondary school students in English in Italy, and mainly focused on oral comprehension of languages. They brought me issues they found difficult and I worked over them in an informal style. I do not envisage my lessons being grammar-heavy but I am willing to adapt my lessons to each student's needs. I will transfer this approach to Italian lessons.

I will help students or pupils of Italian with grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation queries.
I started Italian 'ab initio' 6 years ago with an intensive course at Warwick University. I then completed an undergraduate degree in French and Italian with a year in Italy and am currently enrolled on a MA in Interpreting and Translation (both French and Italian) at the University of Leeds.
Rather than preparing lessons, I will focus lessons around your needs and what you need help with.
Ideal for British speakers who need help from an approachable and passionate student that can relate to the difficulties English speakers have with Italian!
