With a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Kriya, I create a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their physical, mental, and spiritual potential.
With 15 years of practice and 5 years of teaching experience, I have honed my skills in creating personalized and transformative yoga experiences. I hold a prestigious 1000-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from the US Alliance, demonstrating my expertise and commitment to the art of yoga.
Through my teaching, I aim to empower students to cultivate awareness, balance, and harmony in their lives. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for transformation, and I am honored to share its wisdom with others
