About Milton
Hello! My name is Milton, and I am passionate about teaching languages. I hold a degree in Languages, translation and interpreting (Portuguese–English) and I am currently completing my postgraduate specialization in Portuguese as a Foreign Language (PFL). My academic background, combined with my practical teaching experience, allows me to create lessons that are both structured and adaptable to each student’s needs. I believe that learning a language goes beyond grammar—it is also about understanding culture, communication, and expression. That is why I bring aspects of Brazilian culture, daily life, and authentic materials into my classes, making the learning experience dynamic and engaging. As a tutor, I am patient, organized, and committed to my students’ progress. I always adapt my approach to the student’s level, pace, and goals, whether they are preparing for academic studies, relocating to Brazil, or simply learning for personal enrichment. You can count on me for professionalism, consistency, and personalized guidance throughout your language journey. My goal is to help you feel confident, motivated, and capable of expressing yourself in Brazilian Portuguese.

Perfect! Milton is an incredible Portuguese tutor. He is patient, knowledgeable, and very easy to learn from. He explains things clearly, makes each lesson feel comfortable, and does a great job adapting to my level and goals.
