About MARK
I began pad holding and studying the sweet science of boxing 12 years ago. I have undertaken a number of courses, seminars and workshops to improve and refine my padholding and punching technique. I currently work holding pads for general gym members and competitive fighters in my own gym FUNKS CORNER so am passionate about my teaching. THIS IS WHAT I DO!

Let me teach you the basic techniques of boxing - correct form when punching, footwork, weight distribution and balance.
Typically sessions are 12 rounds of 3 minutes duration, but these can be tailored directly to your needs.
I am available to coach a complete beginner or an experienced boxer looking to tighten up their technique.
