About Maridanna
I am a boxing and fitness coach with a true enthusiasm for assisting individuals in becoming fitter, stronger, and more self-assured.
My experience spans various areas of fitness. I have engaged in boxing, strength and conditioning, basketball, and various training methods, which have contributed to my development as a versatile coach.
I work with both complete novices and more seasoned athletes, and I believe that coaching should be tailored to each person's abilities and objectives. I simplify concepts, clarify the rationale behind our activities, and progressively enhance your fitness, technique, and confidence.
For me, coaching encompasses more than just throwing punches or finishing a workout. It involves discipline, confidence, structure, and fostering a sustainable lifestyle.
I will challenge you when necessary, provide support during difficult times, and most importantly, meet you at your current level and assist you in advancing from there.

I simplify techniques into clear, manageable steps while integrating boxing, conditioning, strength, and fitness. My objective is not only to make you exert yourself but also to ensure you grasp what you are doing and the reasons behind it.
I hold the belief that fitness is not merely a pastime but a way of life. I will challenge you, motivate you, and assist you in becoming fitter, stronger, more confident, and more disciplined, one session at a time.
