As a boxing coach with 10+ years of experience, I offer personalized lessons focusing on technique, fitness, and mental discipline. Sessions last 60 minutes and include warm-ups, skill development (footwork, punches, defense), conditioning, and cool-downs. Safety and proper form are my priorities. I’ve worked with all skill levels, from beginners to advanced fighters, and welcome students aged 9 and up. Whether your goal is to improve fitness, build confidence, or prepare for competition, my tailored approach ensures you progress effectively. Let’s work together to achieve your boxing goals and unlock your potential!
