About Zizipho
I have 10 years of training experience and help women with body recomposition, fat loss, strength training and physique shaping. I provide guidance on nutrition, workout splits and muscle targeting for specific goals. My approach focuses on realistic, sustainable results and building confidence in and outside the gym. I am currently studying towards my Personal Training qualification through ETA. Online, home and mobile sessions available.

My lessons are tailored to each client’s fitness level and goals, whether that is fat loss, body recomposition, strength building or overall confidence in the gym. Sessions focus on proper form, effective workout structure, muscle targeting and sustainable nutrition guidance. I aim to create a supportive environment that helps clients build consistency and achieve realistic long-term results.
