About Mário
I have been a personal trainer for over thirty years and a nurse for almost twenty years.
I have coached cycling teams, futebol players, tennis players, and many other sports athletes.
I have also trained non sports related people, who just want to keep fit, strong and feel better.
My technique is a holistic approach.
We are a living being as a whole, and trying to separate elements and work on them individually, only leads to future imbalance.
