Namaste! I am Dr. Dhanraj S Shetty, BNYS Doctor, Yoga Trainer, and a 3-time Guinness World Record holder. I have dedicated my life to promoting health through yoga, naturopathy, and holistic wellness. My teaching approach combines traditional yoga wisdom with modern scientific understanding of the human body. I enjoy guiding students of all ages to improve flexibility, strength, posture, stress management, and overall quality of life.
