About Venkatesh
This karate training program is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate learners who want to improve fitness, self-defense skills, and discipline.
In this class, students will learn:

I am a Black Belt Karate Instructor (Dan-2) with nearly 10 years of training and practical experience in martial arts. I am passionate about teaching karate not only as a sport but as a way to build discipline, confidence, physical fitness, and self-defense skills.
Over the years, I have developed strong knowledge of techniques, forms (kata), sparring fundamentals, and training methods suitable for different age groups and skill levels. My approach focuses on safety, proper technique, and gradual skill development so that students can progress confidently without injury.
Karate has helped me develop mental strength, focus, and self-control, and I aim to pass these values on to my students.
