About Vanitha
I am a biotechnology graduate with a strong interest in biology and life sciences. Along with my academic background, I currently serve as a Toastmasters President, which has helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and public speaking skills. These experiences allow me to explain scientific concepts clearly and confidently to learners.
I believe science is not about memorizing facts but about observation, curiosity, forming hypotheses, experimenting, and understanding results. My goal as a teacher is to help students experience science as a process of thinking and discovery rather than simply remembering information.
In my classes, I focus on concept clarity and active participation. I usually begin a lesson by introducing the topic and asking students what they already know about it. This helps build confidence and encourages them to think critically. Based on their responses, I guide them through the concept step by step using visual explanations, discussions, and real-life examples.
I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. My lessons are suitable for school students studying biology and for learners who want to strengthen their understanding of life science concepts through clear and engaging explanations.

My teaching approach focuses on building confidence, curiosity, and clear understanding of biological concepts. I usually begin each lesson by introducing the topic with a simple title or key term and asking students what they already know about it. This helps students participate actively and gain confidence in sharing their ideas. I then analyze their responses to understand their current level of knowledge and misconceptions.
After this initial discussion, I explain the concept step-by-step using visual representations, diagrams, and real-life examples. For example, when teaching forensic biology, I start by discussing DNA and asking students about their basic understanding of DNA and its history. Then I gradually introduce the concept of DNA fingerprinting and explain how it is used in forensic science with practical examples.
My classes emphasize interactive learning, concept clarity, and strong communication so that students can understand complex biological ideas in a simple and engaging way. I encourage questions, discussions, and critical thinking throughout the lesson.
These classes are suitable for school students studying biology, as well as learners interested in understanding biotechnology and life science concepts more clearly.
