know from personal experience getting to grips with new concepts is challenging and sometimes disheartening but my aim is to help you develop your skills to overcome challenges as well as excel in your academic journey.
I believe that a successful tutoring experience begins with understanding each student's unique learning style and needs. I also believe that it is a joint partnership between the student and tutor. My approach is tailored and student-centric, emphasising the following techniques:
1. Personalized Learning: I assess each student's strengths and areas of improvement, enabling me to create a customized learning plan that targets specific challenges and maximizes progress.
2. Conceptual Understanding: I focus on building a strong foundation of concepts in Chemistry, Biology, and Maths. Understanding the underlying principles allows students to apply their knowledge effectively in various scenarios.
3. Interactive Learning: I utilize interactive teaching methods, including visual aids, practical examples, and real-life applications, to make learning engaging and enjoyable.
4. Practice and Feedback: Regular practice through exercises and past exam papers is essential. I provide constructive feedback to help students recognize their mistakes and continuously improve. I also appreciate feedback from the student about what works for them and how we can work together to get the most of our sessions. Thus, I encourage a good working relationship so the student feels comfortable and safe to ask questions.
5. Exam Preparation: I guide students in effective exam strategies, time management, and stress reduction techniques to boost confidence during assessments and beyond.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
A standard tutoring session typically lasts 60 minutes. However, I am flexible with session length, and longer sessions can be arranged upon request.

We couldn’t be happier with the help and confidence Anaysha gave our daughter with maths and chemistry, preparing her for GCSEs. Anaysha created a lovely and supportive relationship with our daughter, who always felt she could follow, understand and apply the learning. She blossomed in confidence as a result. Her grades improved significantly. Anaysha has always given us detailed feedback on the work covered and progress, was completely reliable with timings, a fantastic communicator, very polite and just generally a lovely person. We absolutely stroke gold with Anaysha can couldn’t recommend her more highly!
