About David
I have a 2.1 Biomedical Science with Honours from Newcastle University. This degree covered topics including, but not limited to cell biology, neuroscience, genetics, anatomy and physiology, organ systems and infectious disease.
I have experience tutoring individuals throughout my degree at Newcastle University. Since I've been at medical school I've had many more opportunities to teach others on my course.

I am happy to teach Biology to students up to A-level. Understanding the complexities of biology can be really difficult at times, and I aim to provide a supportive environment for students to grow in confidence with topics they struggle with.
I will ensure my lessons are guided by the student, so that we cover topics that they are finding most difficult or would like to spend some more time understanding. I'm very flexible with my teaching style, able to make lessons more or less interactive to suit the student - although I always integrate some form of fun quiz into my lessons for a break (and to check understanding!).
