About Jodie
Hi! I’m Jodie. I started off my career with a degree in Biomedical Science and worked in research labs. I then decided to change it up and went into the NHS for 5 years. Last year I decided to go back to university, retrain to become a Mental Health Nurse and I am now in my second year. I have a full enhanced DBS check.

Tailored one-to-one GCSE Biology lessons are designed to support students in mastering key concepts, developing exam skills, and building confidence in the subject. Lessons follow the GCSE curriculum (AQA, Edexcel, or OCR) and can be adapted to suit the student’s pace, strengths, and areas needing improvement. I believe no two students are the same and so lessons should be adapted accordingly. Lessons include: Curriculum focused content Exam prep Personalised learning Engaging teaching methods Suitable For: Students preparing for GCSE exams (Year 10–11) Students in Year 9 who want a head start Anyone struggling with specific topics or aiming for top grades Format: 1:1 online or in-person sessions Lesson length: 60-90 minutes (flexible) Homework and revision tasks provided on request
