About SOPHIA

I hold a B.Eng from Ryerson University and currently work full time as a software consultant. I am a passionate tutor and mentor as I have been tutoring for the past three years. It has been extremely fulfilling working with students who are excited about improving their academic and organizational skills!

About the lesson

My teaching methods include the following:

- My student expressing their concern and what they have trouble with. May that be a specific concept, problem, course or skill.
- My student and I tackling the problem with a plan.
- Working through the problem and understanding it.
- A time for questions and extra work if possible!

I want my student to always feel comfortable asking questions and to leave every session feeling confident and excited about tackling their previous problem.
