About Daniel
My name is Dan and I'm currently an undergraduate of Oxford University studying Biology! I received tutoring myself during my A levels and it really aided me in getting the grades that I wanted and consequently the university I wanted. I believe that tutoring is an invaluable resource that can be used by almost any student no matter their academic level. Whether you are just interested in going over something you have missed in class, wish to reinforce work you are uncertain about or wish to prepare for exams, I wish to help you reach the level you deserve. It is important to both learn and apply knowledge when aiming for higher marks. My style will include a mix of both, making sure the tutee is able to tackle any question that they face. I am a flexible tutor and happy to change and adapt lessons depending on each tutee's weaknesses and strengths. I'm easy-going and patient and will strive for the best for my tutees. A typical lesson would be around an hour long and I have tutored GCSE maths for an academic year. My lessons are aimed at anyone in or heading towards senior school with a focus on people heading towards GCSEs.
