About Emily
I am a highly motivated Biology undergraduate at the University of Oxford, with a strong passion for the sciences and education. I achieved 10 GCSEs all at grade 9 and A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology, all at A*. I have excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed. I am particularly committed to supporting students from state school backgrounds in accessing top universities, including Oxbridge.

My lessons will be guided by what topics the student requires focus on. These will then be broken down to ensure that the foundations are strong. Then, the topic will be explained to the student coherently, until there is a deep understanding of the topic, with hopefully a broader, more connected view of Biology in general. This knowledge will be cemented by doing mock questions together. For Oxbridge applicants, I will cover the application process from the personal statement to the interviews, drawing a wide range of tips and tricks from mine and others' personal experiences. I will then present the student with Oxbridge-like mock interview questions. Lessons will last from 60-90 minutes, and are for any GCSE - A-level student, or Science student undergoing an Oxbridge admissions process.
