Biology Tutor with a PhD in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry with 10 Years of Experience!

Paalini is a superstar tutor! She doesn't just reteach course material, but takes her time to make sure you understand each concept before moving on to the next and I appreciate that. She is extremely knowledgeable and applies concepts to real world examples which really helped me grasp first year bio. She is accomodating and from the first session I knew that she genuinely cared about my success. Worth every dollar spent I plan to continue my sessions with Paalini throughout my undergrad as she has helped me maintain the GPA goal I set out for myself before starting my studies.

I was in the 2nd year Bio course at Simon Fraser University where Paalini was the teaching assistant. I had troubles catching up with course materials and requested for one-on-one tutoring with her, to which she agreed. So we had regular tutoring sessions and this was about a month before my finals.

Paalini was absolutely patient with me and came up with a lesson plan to get through all of the course materials in the short amount of time. She also prepared visual aids to help me remember the terms and structures.

What I love about her style of teaching the most is that she is attentive to the needs of her students and her sessions feel more like a discussion with peers.

With her help, I went from a B- to an A in the class!
