About Alia
I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in chemistry. I was the head of the tutoring club in my university and have many years of experience teaching kids all sciences and teaching biology and chemistry to high school and university level students.

Firstly, I try to create a friendly classroom environment between me and my students so that they may feel comfortable in asking me their doubts or coming to me with questions and other such things. After that, I try to see where their drawbacks lie by testing them in a particular topic to see what we need to work on and accordingly do further work on those certain topics in order to make them more confident with it. Overall, I explain the topics and subjects clearly and give them small quizzes after each topic in order to see where they stand. If I see that they are stuck or not able to answer, I provide additional help. I also assign weekly homeworks in order to make sure they are doing their part at home and are applying the skills learnt in class. As I tell my students, I am willing to explain a certain topic to you even a 100 times but please don't say that you understand unless you really do.
