My technique is simple. I'm very patient and I try to understand the need of every student.
I know learning experience is not same for everyone so I try to understand every student and manage them accordingly.
Firstly I introduce the topic than explain it and than summarize the whole lesson
And next day I will start with revising previous lesson
Also I will test students progress regularly
The mantra is read revise and repeat
