About Sam
I'm a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh and I have a first-class undergraduate degree in Ecology from Cardiff University. I have extensive science skills and knowledge, I have tutored undergraduate students and really enjoy helping others learn new skills and information!

My preferred teaching method is to work at the speed needed by the student to build up confidence and a thorough understanding of the topic needed. Although some memorization is required for technical information I prefer to focus on underlying concepts and being able to understand concepts well enough to apply them to new information.
