About Eva
My name is Eva, I'm 22 years old and I am currently a fourth year medical student. In the spare time I have between studying and going to classes, I love to teach students sitting their Leaving Certificate everything about English and Biology.
I sat my Leaving Certificate in 2019 - one year before predicted grades - and achieved over 90%, the top grade in both English and Biology. I scored over 85% in Irish, French, Biology and Home Economics.
I am so passionate about these subjects that my students feel that they can engage and ask lots of questions, and I have loads of materials prepared for them in advance. Teaching English and Biology is very different - English teaching for Leaving Certificate level involves helping the student to develop the skill of writing, Biology teaching involves a lot of rote-learning.
In my personal life, I love to read both fiction and non fiction books, I work out at the gym when I can and I want to travel to as many countries in Europe as I can. I'm the leader of my year in university and have been for over 3 years now, and my goal is to become a psychiatrist.
My students have found me to be a teacher who is friendly but also gives them structure and helps them to focus on what is really important to learn. I also keep in close contact with parents to inform them of their child's progress.

Hello, my name is Eva, I am 22 years old, and I teach both English and Biology at Leaving Certificate level to students, both Higher and Ordinary.
I offer lessons that last one hour or 90 minutes.
I provide all students with notes and together with my students I answer Leaving Certificate questions from past papers. I help students remember everything by being fully engaged during lessons and using things they are actually interested in to help them to learn.
I have been teaching grinds for five years now and all students I have taught so far have improved their grades from what they were getting in school, which is something I am proud of both the students and myself for.
One to one lessons only, so each student gets a fully individual experience.
