About Athira
I have worked as a tutor since 2021, and informally since I was in middle school. I am a Junior in college studying biology and psychology. I take notes on my student's performance as well as any areas that may need more work. By keeping a record, I can show students how and where they improved.

I take the time to get to know my students and what works for them. For the first lesson I always start with a small quiz or test to gauge their level with the subject. As we work through topics, I will always adjust and readjust my methods to personalize the session to students. I'm patient and encourage for students to ask questions and try their best. I can teach lessons anywhere from elementary to college level.
