About Jan
Hello! My name is Jan, and I am a Biological Sciences student at University at Buffalo in New York. Mathematics has always been one of my strongest subjects, and I particularly enjoy Precalculus and Calculus because they combine logical thinking with problem solving.
As a student myself, I understand that everyone learns differently. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students gain confidence in their mathematical abilities. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and learn at their own pace.

Hi! I am a Biological Sciences student with a strong background in Mathematics, Precalculus, and Calculus. My goal is to help students understand concepts step by step rather than simply memorize formulas.
I adapt each lesson to a student's needs whether they are struggling with homework, preparing for exams, or looking to strengthen their foundations. I believe math becomes much easier when the reasoning behind each step is clear.
My lessons are suitable for middle school and high school students. I aim to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities.
