About Caitlin
Hi, my name is Cait, and I am currently studying for my integrated master’s in biochemistry at The University of Manchester.
Throughout my school years, I successfully passed the 9+ and 11+ entrance exams, achieved 10A* at GCSE and 4A* at A level in biology, chemistry, maths and Latin. At degree level I have achieved a 1:1 in every year of my undergraduate degree so far.

I specialise in tutoring GCSE (including IGCSE) maths, chemistry and biology, as well as A level biology. My aim is to provide lessons which teach students exam technique and revision strategies, as well as to target any difficult areas of the course and improve understanding through practice papers and pats questions. My lessons offer a flexible style of teaching which is specifically tailored to each student’s requirements- each student will be able to work at their own pace and guide the lessons based on their own strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, I strive to create a relaxed and friendly environment where students are able to ask questions and make mistakes, which allows them to unlock their full potential.
I hope that together we can tackle any tricky areas, depending understanding, and boost grades!
