About Agi
I used to struggle with binge eating and weight issues most of my life, which is why I know how hard it is to say ‘no’ to binge foods when cravings attack. After years of struggles, I have come across a simple, yet extremely powerful system, that helped me separate and disempower the destructive voice in my brain that is responsible for binge eating. From that moment, dismissing food cravings became effortless, even the worst ones. I am also a certified coach as once I’ve realised how easy it can be to overcome binge eating, I decided that I wanted to teach others these wonderful techniques and help them reach their weight goals.

The technique I teach in my program has changed my life and it will change yours too. Once you understand the concept, you will have an ‘aha’ moment and you won’t believe how easy it is to ignore food cravings. I will teach you tools which will help you dismiss your worst food cravings in real time which will give you an instant relief, and if you keep practising the techniques, the cravings will get weaker and weaker, and in most cases will disappear completely. You can expect to start seeing positive changes in your attitude to food and bingeing in a couple of weeks, and in a month or two, you should be free of your binge urges and food obsession.
