I hold a bachelor's degree in critical sociology from the fully francophone Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), a second bachelor's degree in behavioral psychology from Glendon College (York University), and a professional business certificate. In my day-to-day career, I work as an IT support analyst. This professional background means I bring extreme organization, reliability, technological fluency, and clear problem-solving skills to every single tutoring session.
