About Paloma
My name is Paloma!I grew up with a father from Mexico and a mother from the United States. during my childhood my time was always split between the two countries. I grew up with a love of both cultures and wanted to share that by earning a teaching degree. at the age of 16 I went full time as a University student and at 18 became an English Teacher in the Marshall Islands, in my spare time I tutored my students in Spanish. I came back to the United States to become a preschool teacher and started teaching Spanish in my classroom. My students enjoyed Spanish lessons, but I decided to change career paths to be a full time nanny. I still enjoy giving the children I care for a taste of my culture and hope you learn to love the language as well.

- conversational Spanish involves speaking and reading the language actively with the instructor and the community around you with lessons each week on how to communicate with various people
- as a tutor, I have the expectations from my students to continue to learn and grow weekly with given lessons, and also understand various hispanic cultures.
Depending and the age and level of experience with the language, lessons vary. each lesson for each session will be tailored to the needs of the learner
