About Nabeel
I joined my Big 4 employer as an 18 year old, and felt very out of place in the corporate world. I went straight from sixth form into studying for the ACA, and many of my classmates were graduates from Russell Group universities.
Despite feeling out of place, I absolutely loved studying for the ACA examinations, I did very well in my exams and out-performed my peers. I achieved marks such as 91%, 89%, 81% and 80% because of a very well thought out study plan, which I can help you make aswell. I was also invited by the ICAEW to help with the development of future examinations in recognition of high scores.

My particular focus for any student taking the ACA exams will be on exam practice. A question a day keeps the resit away! In our lessons, we will first start by tackling the theory behind the exam syllabus, and then do a question. I would recommend firstly picking the topic area which you are struggling with, we can go through the topic and relevant question in detail. This seems daunting at first, but this is the best way to consolidate your knowledge. If you wish to work through a professional level exam question, please book a lesson for at least 1.5 hours, as otherwise we will run out of time between teaching the syllabus and working through the question.
This idea of practicing exam questions becomes more important in the later stages of your ACA exams, such as the professional level and the advanced level exams.
I currently teach MI/FM/BTF and BST exams. With a view to expand my lessons to accounting and taxation examinations in the near future. For BST and FM exams, I also offer a mock exam marking service. This will require your answer, and the date of the mock exam. I will be able to provide you with notes on how to better answer the questions, and what mistakes you have made which could be avoided. This will be charged at the hourly rate of £30. I recommend this service in the last few weeks leading to your exam.
Unfortunately, as I am a freelance tutor, I will not be teaching the advanced level examinations. I will however be able to mark mock case study examinations. For this, I will require the marking key and your answer. This will be charged at the hourly rate of £30. I will also be providing a summary of my assessment of your answer, and how you will be able to maximise your marks to ensure a comfortable pass in the real examination.

All lessons are charged at an hourly rate of £30.
Discounts given for 5 hours at £140 and 10 hours at £275.
Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of hourly rate at £30.
