About Kimberly
"Spending 13 years playing in Nashville circles taught me that music happens in the hands rather than on a page. Do you feel like you are stuck in a cycle of aimless practice routines? My roots in the Belmont University BFA program inform how I break down complex concepts for performance focused students. I lean toward a practical approach that favors real song application over tedious theory drills.
Self-taught players often hit a wall with chord transitions or barre chords that I help dismantle quickly. Returning learners frequently come to me because they want to strip away the confusion of online tutorials. Improvisation and soloing become approachable once you understand the fretboard architecture.
Ear training is a major part of my toolkit to help you listen like a pro. Maintenance and tuning are the boring but vital parts of the trade I handle early on. I keep things laid back so you can actually enjoy the growth process."

"Rhythm guitar parts define the backbone of your favorite records. 100 percent of your progress comes from combining voice and guitar simultaneously during our time together. We prioritize power chords and fingerpicking patterns used in professional tracking sessions.
My experience in Nashville means I value efficiency and musicality over academic exercises.
