About Leo
With 5 years of flute tutoring experience, I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who want to learn music in a clear and practical way.
My teaching philosophy focuses on simplicity, consistency, and encouragement. I believe strong fundamentals make learning enjoyable. I design lessons based on each student’s pace and musical goals.
In my classes, students learn breath control, tone development, finger techniques, rhythm accuracy, and musical phrasing. I also teach music theory, notation reading, and listening exercises. For professionals, lessons are flexible and goal-focused.
A key achievement in my teaching journey is guiding students who have performed successfully in academic events, cultural programs, and stage performances. Many students have grown into confident flute players.
I aim to mentor students with positivity and help them enjoy steady musical growth.

My teaching methodology focuses on practical learning, understanding, and effective communication. I use real-life examples and case studies to make flute lessons engaging and relatable. I take time to understand each student’s learning style, strengths, and goals, tailoring lessons to suit their needs.
Communication is central; I encourage students to ask questions, share ideas, and reflect on their learning. Integrity guides all my teaching—I provide honest feedback while motivating students to reach their full potential. Beyond flute practice, I also teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and performance techniques, helping students build a well-rounded musical foundation. My approach nurtures technical skill, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong passion for music.
