About Lucia
I practiced yoga for a few years and as soon as I could I went to India to learn from the people that practiced it since the womb. My favorite parts of the training were ayurveda and philosophy. (Of course I love the asana practice too, but that is not the main part, in the end we actually practice asanas to be able to stay still during meditation).
I am an eternal student, of yoga, Chinese medicine and to be honest life itself.
My goal is to share my knowledge so we can practice yoga on and off our mats.
I speak English, Spanish, French and a little Portuguese.
I live Off the Grid on an island in New Zealand (personal/small group retreats can be arranged) and I am really looking forward to meet you and to help you on your yoga, and life journey.

I create a safe, grounding, and welcoming space where you can move at your own pace, reconnect with yourself, and build a deeper sense of wellbeing from within.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I look forward to guiding you on your journey inward and outward.
