I’ve been very observant of Harry’s progression as a teacher and there was some factors I admire. It seems that a teacher’s comfort is defined by the control of the classroom and the relationship with students. Harry had already adopted the ability to keep a class grounded as well as participate in activities in order to maintain the students’ undivided attention.

My personal favourite example was a Year 7 class learning about the different types of averages (not the most riveting topic upon initial impression). The tempo was high throughout and the general vibe was quite dynamic. This was through the introduction of a silly nursery rhyme that was quite helpful in remembering the key points whereby only 5 minutes of the lesson was dedicated to the activity. There were a few more minor intricacies that suggest Harry is comfortable in this environment as well efficient with timing.
