"Have you ever wondered how linguistic nuance changes the way you express yourself in a foreign tongue? Your first session will focus on establishing a comfortable baseline while identifying your specific goals for DELF or DALF preparation.
We examine everyday phrases before moving into complex grammatical structures or advanced writing exercises. I integrate cultural context into every interaction to ensure you understand the soul of the language. Sometimes, less is more. We break down difficult expressions into manageable chunks that build long-term retention.

"Graduating with an MMus Voice from the Royal Northern College of Music provided a foundation in performance, yet my parallel degree in Modern Languages remains the real core of my teaching. Fluency in French and Spanish allows me to bridge the gap between technical vocal production and linguistic precision. I teach voice and languages together because mélodie française and Spanish art song are quite literally unteachable without the languages.
My 12 years of experience allow me to navigate these complex disciplines with patience and cultural depth. I maintain a focus on interview preparation, everyday phrases, and nuanced writing skills for all my pupils. Helping students grasp idioms and expressions remains a primary focus of my instructional method. You will find my approach reflects a blend of academic rigour and artistic sensitivity."
