About Nancy
I'm a Mexican dancer and actress . i hold a degree in Performing Arts and Literature and a Diploma in Dance.
I've practiced various disciplines including: artistic gymnastics, jazz, ballet, Bollywood dance, Latin dance (Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Bachata), ATS Bellydance and Bellydance. I have attendend several anatomy and physiology workshops, that means I have knowladge about body composition and I will teach you to dance with consciousness.
Dancing for me has been my life, a way to communicate and express.
I simply love to fall into rhythms and share the passion that I have for dancing.
I can teach in English and Spanish. Even better in Spanglish :D

Bellydance is great for women of any fitness. It’s a low impact total body workout. Bellydancing promotes femininity, balance, posture, strength, coordination and confidence as well as being a fun and highly expressive art form. This class includes lots of drills and combinations to work your entire body, get your heart pumping and make you sweat!

A class where you can dance solo using upbeat Latin music to learn the basic steps. You can learn all the latin dances or just focus in one. You decide.
Latin dance. It’s an aerobic but low impact dance class, perfect for exercising and having fun.
