About Luke
I've been involved in sports and fitness for most of my life and love helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
I'm a former NCAA Division I athlete with a Bachelor of Science focused on Sport Science and Psychology, along with over a decade of experience with strength, fitness, and athletic training.
I keep things simple and practical. You don't need to already be fit or know your way around a gym — we'll start from where you are and build from there.
I am not a certified personal trainer. My coaching is based on my Sport Science education and extensive experience in fitness and competitive athletics.

My classes are especially suited to beginners who aren't sure where to start or feel overwhelmed by the gym.
We can work on workout structure, exercises, proper technique, strength training, staying consistent, and tracking your progress.
The goal is simple: make fitness enjoyable, build confidence, and create a routine you can actually stick with.
