About Euan
I’m Euan Hart, a Sydney songwriter, guitarist and touring performer. I reached the Top 8 on The Voice Australia, have toured Australia and Europe, played festivals and sold-out headline shows, and release original music under my own name. My music has been supported by Triple J, Double J, Apple Music and Spotify. Search Euan Hart on Spotify to hear what I make.
I teach beginner guitar through a Sydney music school and privately, and I hold a current NSW Working With Children Check. I do not want to create identical guitar players. I want students to play the music they love, build confidence and eventually make something of their own if that interests them.

Start with songs you know and actually want to play. I do not teach every student from the same book. We begin with a song, riff or goal that would genuinely excite you, then build the technique, timing and understanding needed to make it sound good. Rock, pop, indie, folk and singer-songwriter music are all welcome.
Complete beginners can learn recognisable riffs, open chords, rhythm, strumming, picking, simple TAB and correct basic technique. Students who already know a few songs can work on power chords, barre chords, scales, lead guitar, improvisation, songwriting and stronger timing.
Younger students receive short, achievable activities, clear practice goals, printed resources and positive progress tracking. Teenagers and adults can follow a relaxed but structured pathway based on the music they want to play.
Lessons are one-to-one and available online Australia-wide, at my place in Sydney’s Inner West or at the student’s home within 10 km of Sydney CBD. Thirty-minute lessons work well for younger beginners, while teenagers and adults can choose 30 or 60 minutes.

Details
Online: $45 for 30 minutes or $85 for 60 minutes. At my place in Sydney’s Inner West: $50 for 30 minutes or $90 for 60 minutes. Home visit within 10 km of Sydney CBD: $60 for 30 minutes or $100 for 60 minutes. The first Superprof session is a free 30-minute introductory meeting to discuss goals, try one short activity and choose the best starting point. Full lessons are paid. Standard cancellation policy: 24 hours.
