About Pranav
As a fitness enthusiast, I have been involved in dance, gymming, mixed martial arts, Yoga, and swimming to maintain my stamina and flexibility. I have been practicing Yoga and meditation for the past 4 years and have been teaching students for the past 1 year. To sum it up, you would definitely notice a change in your mental capabilities such as stress reduction, improved decisiveness, and much more accompanied with various positive visual changes in your body.

The premise of these sessions would be to have a better and healthier lifestyle.
The class would begin with basic warm-ups, the entire focus will be on breath manipulation so as to get the best of the session, followed by specifically designed sequences of postures (Asanas) that would help in improving muscle stretch, posture, core, and last but not the least mental balance. The last segment would always be Pranayam, which involves a series of breathing exercises.
