I've been playing Alto Saxophone for 3+ years, contributing in Jazz Band, an Honor band and Solo Ensemble receiving a Superior rating. Teaching can and will be fun with a group effort.

Ella is a very talented and musically intuitive young lady. She is organized, focused, and very passionate about music and wants nothing more than to share that passion with younger students. I think she would be a wonderful tutor and would help inspire her students to discover new things!

My name is Nate Sikkink, and I am the Director of Bands at KMS Public Schools. I am writing today on behalf of Ella Kuefler.

Ella has been a student of mine for 3 years. She began her study as a flute player and was already playing at an advanced level when I began working with her. It was always clear to me that music is one of Ella's passions. She is always willing to put in the extra work and practice for the betterment of her craft. After a while, Ella began practicing the clarinet and saxophone to add more instruments to her arsenal. I gave her lots of worksheets, practice material, and pieces to begin working on, and she had them all learned by her next lesson with me. Then she moved over to brass instruments and has picked up the trumpet and trombone. The same was true. Her dedication and willingness to practice were unmatched.

I write all this to say that there is none more dedicated to music and teaching than Ella. She would make an excellent instructor who would provide many meaningful experiences to anyone she works with.
