About Heidi Selhene
I am a Certified Wellness and Development Experience Designer by Yoga Alliance and soon by the American Institute of Vedic Studies, specialized in Hatha, Ayurvedic and Thai Yoga Massage of Ayurvedic Yoga as well as in Meditation with more than 10 years of practice and with various trainings in the topic. Vedanta student at Vedanta Academy and Master in Biosustainable Production Systems and Horticulture at UES - CONACYT, Iyengar Yoga Practitioner and Promoter of Ayurvedic Horticulture and Prevention Habits. I am a Certified Experiential Facilitator by Adventures Experiences and an Industrial and Systems Engineer graduated from USON and specialized in Human Quality with more than 15 years of experience.

Hello! I am Heidi Selhene from Habitha Yoga & Ayurveda and I use the ancestral knowledge of Yoga and Meditation with Ayurveda to recommend and teach you Techniques of FACIAL, CAPILLARY, MANUAL and PODAL YOGA fused with NUTRITIVE, STRENGTHENING, ASTRIGENT, MOISTURIZING or LUBRICATING, EVEDICA Y BEAUTY and FRESH BEAUTY recipes. Ecological to what we call "Beauty Ayurvedic Yoga" or Ayurvedic Beauty Yoga, a program that adds the Ayurvedic Yogi vision (VEDAS) of the power of the vibratory energy of our own hands and of the vegetable and mineral kingdoms of nature and through which we promote prevention habits and conscious consumption when it comes to beautifying ourselves since at Habitha we do not believe in synthetics, or in large beauty brands that damage the environment, the economy of our towns and our health. The purpose of this program is that you acquire a luminous skin, and strong and silky hair and nails, at the same time that you learn to use it as a powerful Meditation tool that allows you to reveal your beauty and inner light, all according to your typology and imbalance to treat skin, hair and nails.
