My teaching method is both teacher and learner (student) centred and I introduce a lesson by asking basic question about lesson (topic) of the day. I give learners a chance to ask questions and give them freedom to express and try answer the questions freely. I learned to deal with difficult students through my two years of tutoring and lecturing.
