About Torbin
I've been studying and practicing movement since I was 5. Even before that, I was always climbing things. I've spent years in different martial arts. Karate, Wushu, Iaido. I can teach you to box or scale obstacles. I'm no master yet, it took me a while to understand what foundations really mean and their worth. I'm also a scientist and I enjoy looking at history and past peoples and civilizations and how and why they did things. Success in all of these depend on understanding the grassroots ideas holding them up. In physicality, that means being sensitive to yourself and your surroundings. Some people have it naturally, some need time to learn it. I can help you if you're Willing.

As a kid, I didn't listen to the importance of basics, now they are my most valuable tool. Understand the principals behind any practice and you can learn how to master movements even when you're stuck.
You pick the duration, tell me what you need, where you're stuck, and I can show you how to overcome it. These teachings apply in mental pursuits also. If you want to go beyond the physical and train your brain also, we can address that too.
All ages welcome, skill level or experience doesn't matter.
Foundations are what I provide.
