I am a professional Strength & Conditioning Coach with a strong background in athletic performance and long-term athlete development. As a graduate of the FC Barcelona Academy, I bring elite-level methodology, discipline, and attention to detail into every session I coach. My work is grounded in evidence-based training principles, ensuring that every programme is safe, effective, and tailored to the individual. I pride myself on a highly professional and personal approach, taking the time to understand each athlete’s goals, experience, and needs. Whether working with young athletes, competitive players, or adults looking to improve performance and fitness, I provide structured, focused coaching in a supportive environment. My aim is not only to improve physical performance, but also to build confidence, consistency, and a strong training mindset that supports long-term success.

My coaching is built around a personalised, professional tutoring approach, where every athlete receives individual attention and a programme designed specifically for their needs and goals. I use evidence-based strength and conditioning methods combined with clear coaching cues to ensure each session is effective, engaging, and easy to understand. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are delivered as private or small-group lessons, allowing for detailed feedback and technical correction. As a FC Barcelona Academy graduate and qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach, I bring high-level experience and proven methodology to my work. Lessons are suitable for youth, amateur, and competitive athletes, as well as adults looking to improve performance, fitness, and confidence in their chosen sport.
