About Natalie
I recently graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London, with a first-class degree in Comparative Literature and English. I was the recipient of four academic prizes (The CLC Final Year Prize, The Peter Armour Memorial Prize, The Driver Prize, and The Kevin Roe Memorial Prize), as well as the Undergraduate Barbara Raw Scholarship for English.
At the moment, I am pursuing my MA in Creative Writing, fully funded by Royal Holloway's Postgraduate Barbara Raw Scholarship for English. I am also a Director at the Pascal Theatre Company, which puts me right at the heart of the contemporary arts scene!

My lessons are friendly and thorough, designed to nurture the student's intellectual curiosity. As a Comparative Literature and English graduate, I approach texts in varied and exciting ways, drawing from art, philosophy, history, music, and other related disciplines.
I ensure that the student is well-versed in the syllabus material, but I also encourage them to think beyond the textbooks. In my experience, students achieve the very best results when they love the subject more than they fear the exam.
So, what do I teach?
University essay skills, A-Level English Literature, GCSE English Literature & Language, and Primary & Secondary School English. I am also happy to work with students who are interested in a varied, liberal arts-style programme.
