About Nataliya
I graduated from the Kyiv State Choreographic College (Ukraine) and performed on the stage of the National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Ukraine.
As a choreographer and stage director, I have created two ballet productions presented at the National Theatre.
I hold a Master of Arts in Choreography from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (London).
I have taught classical ballet in London and continue teaching, working with adult students of different levels and backgrounds.
I am a laureate of international choreography competitions. My students have gone on to dance in leading theatres across Europe, including the Strasbourg Opera, the Royal Opera House in London, and the National Opera of Ukraine.

About the lesson

The classes are based on the Vaganova method, combined with a European approach to movement and technique.
Each session includes a full ballet structure:
warm-up, barre work, centre practice, turns and jumps. Occasionally, floor barre (parterre work) is also incorporated to develop strength, alignment, and body awareness.
The focus is on building strong technique, posture, coordination, and musicality, while working in a supportive and attentive environment.
