About Eva
Watching a student finally grasp the logic behind a complex script is what keeps me in this chair every day. It reminds me of the nights I spent debugging startup servers in Silicon Valley when the silence of the office was finally broken by a successful test run. My path led from those intense coding sessions into 13 years of classroom instruction for kids and hobbyists. I draw on my MS Computer Science degree from Washington to simplify topics like API structures and version control.
These technical foundations are essential, yet I often find that teaching Git or database normalization is just as much about building confidence as it is about syntax. Using this data, I integrate HTML, CSS, and object oriented programming into projects that feel relevant to your goals.
